Tweak says, "Time to make the donuts"

❶ In applying you understand that, within the terms and conditions of this game, your character may perish at one point or otherwise experience any of the following: kidnapping, memory loss, torture, etc. This is a high stakes game and as such, will be treated like the chaos that envelops a world at war. Of course, that does not mean that we’ll be killing off characters left and right (as discussed further below). We seek to explore the realities that face the people too young for such things and the people who have experienced too much of it already.

❷ As for keeping the game as realistic as possible, we have established a system. Each character is listed with a number pertaining to their affiliation and last name. To facilitate creativity, every so often a number will be drawn from each existing group (the Order, Death Eaters, Ministry, and Neutral) and the plot designated by the moderators will affect that character. Should a number present itself several times, that number will not be removed, as it is the luck (or otherwise) of the draw.

❸ Killing off characters that are being played in the game will be infrequent, if not used as a plot stimulator at all. We are not here to snatch your freedom away from you. However, if for some reason you would like to sign up for termination or a circumstance presents itself, you are free to any character that you like after the first has died. No application, no strings attached.

❹ This is, for all intents and purposes, an AU game. We would prefer that dedicated, creative, and open-minded writers populate these halls for the sheer fact that sticking to canon can get boring. You have a desperate need to see Lucius Malfoy bend Augustus Rookwood over? By all means! Just make it plausible, people. We eat character development for breakfast.

❺ Technically speaking, this game will take place in the year 1979 and will proceed in real time. If you’re posting on a Monday, you can bet it’s Monday for your character as well.
